This beautiful lot consists of 100% Bourbon Varietal. The coffee is from a farm in Antigua. The best known of Guatemala’s Coffee producing regions. Antigua is close to Volan Fuego- an active volcano, giving the environment high exposure to nitrogen from deep within the earths crust.

This coffee is clean, with high brightness and a robust acidity and body.

Expect Crisp Green apple, Stewed Fruit, Brown Sugar, Melon in the flavors with a big body and lingering finish that will have some Milk Chocolate present.
