Veronica is the daughter of Elmer Mego, a coffee producer in Cajamarca. She has been actively involved in managing part of her father's farm, located at 1850 meters above sea level.

This coffee is Caturra Varietal, expect light weight and good quality acidity- key hallmarks of Caturra. Terroir brings more of the same: It has a bright Grapelike acidity and light weight, Very clean. Plum, Nectarine, and some chocolate dominates the mid palette. With a long and lingering finish.
