Blue Sky Coffee Cups Colombia

Join Brisbane Micro-roastery Blue Sky Coffee as we once again open our doors for a public cupping with a dope collection of new single estate coffee.

These coffee all come from a select few farms in Colombia (except Don P) the attention to detail in the processing of these coffees is quite frankly intimidating. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced so many Lactics, Anaerobic and carbonic with such clean clear flavours.

Coffees with these shall we say- progressive alternative processing additions are usually very fruity but with a certain inherent ‘funk’ or booziness that can turn people off. The coffee presented on this table truly are on a whole other level seemingly having absolutely no compromised aspects that could be defined as uncomfortable even by the most conservative coffee lover while taking all the advantages such farm processing has to offer.

Expect clarity like you have never experienced before, creaminess like a brown cream soda, spearmint, cherry jam, white wine, lemonade both raspberry and lemon-like amongst apricots, cordials, chewy mouthfeels, tea-like, sparkling acidity….. well you get the picture.

Colombia La Mayorca Natural Anaerobic Wush Wush

Colombia Finca El Vergel Natural Carbonic Maceration Geisha

Colombia El Obraje Washed Extended Ferment Geisha (92pts)

Colombia El Otono Lactic Natural Yellow Typica

Colombia Las Guacanas Natural Carbonic Maceration Pink Bourbon

Costa Rica Don Pepe Natural Geisha

Colombia Rafael Amaya washed Geisha
