Join Brisbane Micro-roastery Blue Sky Coffee as we once again open our doors for a public cupping with a dope collection of new single estate coffee.

This time we delve into 2020 Ethiopians. Harvested in November these coffees present a diverse and fascinating group of fruit forward flavours that is- quite simply HUGE! These supernatural offerings are giving us all the huge fruit we expect from natural processed coffees. But much more of it, why? ….

Because the colour and size grading of these beans is even stricter than the sorting we expect from a typical GR 1 Natural. The end results are divine manifestations of what a coffee can achieve.
