One of four El Salvador purchases for this year, this is a Sachimor Variety. We dont get many of these! Sachimor is actually a term used to describe a group of varietals from El Salvador and Honduras: Cuscatlec, Iapar 59, Limani, Marsellesa, Obata Rojo, Parainema.

Finca Lemus is located at the top of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range near the town of Ataco. This area is known for producing exceptional coffees, it is owned by third gen coffee producer Thelma De Gutierrez.

This coffee was processed Anaerobically with skin on (natural). Expect a complex and full bodied coffee with Stewed Fruits: Orange and mandarin. Paw Paw, Guava, Citric Zest. Low acidity, high sweetness with a long and lingering finish.
