People! It doesn’t get much better than this. These are the coffees I love to cook up for ya’ll.
Geisha is a varietal of coffee, known for its sweet flavor and aroma of floral notes, jasmine, chocolate, honey, and even black tea. Its relatively hard to grow, so represents a fraction of the global coffee supply. Generally, its given away by its sweetness.
Typically (like others we sell) Giesha is prohibitivley expensive for everyone but the die-hard to give it much thought. But this entry level Gieshas basic processing ie washed, keeps the cost price down so I’m super excited to expose some newbies to what a Geisha actually is at an approachable price point.
Expect a complex profile of subtle flavors. This ages great, so we are really enjoying it at like ten days plus. White wine sweetness (Riesling) Mandarin Acidity, White Choc as this cools down and a little raspberry.
At this price point I’d encourage everyone to get a bag of this. Good value, good coffee, just great Colombian Specialty Coffee.
