El Mirador is one of the early pioneers of modern Colombian coffee production, that is to say it produced Naturally dried Geisha almost from the time the countries agriculture standards relaxed around the processing methods for exported green coffee.

In keeping with this farmer Wilder Lasso has processed this lot as a Natural, however this is not a big boozy natural. It’s a subtle, sharp and exceedingly clean affair.

This El Mirador lot has a high biting bitterness akin to gin, a sweetness akin to lemonade and sugary soft drinks and a florality similar to rosewater or a pink grapefruit. Very much pink tasting notes all round.
